Do you know a community project or group in County Durham or Darlington that could use a funding boost to make a difference? Look no further than our Happiness Hubs grant scheme!
For projects that support communities to build in confidence, make connections and improve mental wellbeing, there are grants between £500 and £7,500 are available.
Previous rounds of funding supporting veterans, new mothers, men and women, elderly people, young adults and people with learning disabilities. Projects or groups must last between a minimum of 12 to 18 months to qualify for a grant.
