North East Charity Awards Outstanding Contribution to Charity 2018
Recognised volunteer and trustee Carols Briggs contribution to local disability groups since 1979 and her longstanding support of the Pioneering Care Partnership established in 1998.
Awarded for PCP’s engagement with local businesses at all levels enables best practice to be shared, while the range of campaigns and the outcomes demonstrated from these campaigns are also very impressive.
Commendations for efforts to Reduce Inequalities at a Community Level 2017 Awarded for PCP’s impressive levels of engagement and participation, particularly from hard-to- reach groups in areas of high deprivation and engagement with local businesses at all levels.
