The Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is a leading award winning charity whose mission is Health, Wellbeing and Learning for All. PCP aims to support the development of individual and community capacity by creating opportunities to improve the health, wellbeing and life chances of disadvantaged communities.
PCP was established in 1998, and after 20 years has robust governance and management arrangements supported by a highly experienced staff and volunteer team. PCP engages with over 50,000 individuals each year, to learn more about the impact we make please see our latest annual report.

In September 2017 PCP embarked on an organisational restructure to build capacity and strategic focus in order to further strengthen the organisation. The new Senior Management Team was in place by January 2018. The new structure sets out clearly defined responsibilites across the areas of Projects, Customer Experience (including the Pioneering Care Centre) and Business Excellence. Each SMT member brings many years of experience in the area of expertise and opens doors to new opportunities in every direction.
Our board trustees are supported by PCP’s energetic and forward thinking Senior Management Team who support the strategic development and day to day management of organisation. They lead a fabulous team of over 200 tireless and attentive staff and volunteers.
PCP is governed by a dedicated Board of Trustees made up of local volunteers, from a wide range of backgrounds, who committed to learning through best practice and take time to consider the overall organisations charity purpose and how we deliver public benefit.
