Who We Are

The Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is a multi-award winning charity whose mission is 'Health, Wellbeing and Learning for All'. PCP aims to support people by creating opportunities to improve the health, wellbeing and life chances of disadvantaged communities.
 
Established in 1998, PCP has grown as a charity to meet developing community need and supported over 450,000 people. To learn more about the impact we make, please see our latest annual report.

Our Board of Trustees

PCP is governed by a dedicated Board of Trustees made up of local volunteers, from a wide range of backgrounds.

They are committed to learning through best practice and take time to consider the overall organisations charity purpose and how we deliver public benefit.

Our Staff

PCP has over 140 members of staff based across the North East. Our dedicated staff team support our organisational operations, projects and services, that all make a difference to communities.

Our Senior Management Team bring a variety of experience to shape PCP to continue to strive for excellence.

Our Awards

Since starting our journey in 1998, PCP has been recognised as an award-winning charity, not only for going above and beyond for the people we support, but for our staff and volunteers too.

We have achieved recognition for looking after our staff's workplace wellbeing through the Better Health at Work Award, to prioritising the environment, and more!
