Together, our organisations share a vision of supporting wellbeing, reducing barriers to employment and creating opportunities for people to reach their full potential.
 

HIYED CIC supports adults with learning difficulties, autism, mental health challenges and other health conditions that can affect employment. Through the Garden Kitchen, individuals will have access to supported internships, volunteering opportunities and practical workplace experience within a real hospitality setting.

While enjoying our freshly prepared food, weekly changing menus and great-value refreshments, customers can feel confident knowing that their support is helping local people gain skills, confidence and experience that can open the door to future employment opportunities.
