Starting this November, our last and final This Girl Can exercise sessions taking place via Zoom - get fit in the comfort of your own home.
All ages and abilities welcome, this course is all about having fun and starting your body positivity journey with us!
Exercise sessions will be inspired by those attending and can feature a selection of workout routines, including Low Impact HITT, Legs, Bums and Tums, Gentle Bootcamp, Pilates and Mother and Child. So if you're looking to try something new, one of these workouts could be for you.
If you're worried you'll miss out on our live workouts via Zoom, don't worry. The workouts will be shared in a private Facebook group, where you can watch them at time to suit you.
The course will take place over six weeks, commencing from Monday 1st November. If you have taken part in our This Girl Can course before, you're welcome to sign up to this one again! This is our final course, so lets get fit at home, together!
