Shortlisted amongst ten charities, the Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is the only organisation in its category to deliver solely in the North East.
IIP celebrate and recognise organisations around the world that strive to develop their people. PCP holds gold accreditation standard from IIP, which reflects how it leads, supports and develops its workforce.

The IIP Awards will take place on Tuesday 14th November, with awarding categories celebrating organisations with employees from 2 – 250+ across the UK and internationally.
Over 50,000 organisations are accredited by IIP, with only 17% of those achieving gold status like PCP.
