After a year filled with more questions than answers, Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) has weathered the pandemic storm; creating new vital projects, hiring more staff in a year than ever before and connecting with new communities.
Ending the year on an incredible high, the PCP team put together a social media advent calendar, revealing a highlight from every PCP project and service daily.
Stockton COVID Community Champions, a project not even a year old, attended the Catalyst Conference and Achievement Awards 2021, and are oven the moon to be awarded as the category winner for ‘Innovation as a Result of Covid-19’.
Step Forward Tees Valley also won the Health and Wellbeing Business Award at the Civic Community Awards in Middlesbrough Town Hall - recognising the outstanding contribution that the programme makes in and around the Middlesbrough area, supporting people to improve their health and wellbeing, learning new personal and work skills and improve their local neighbourhoods through community volunteering opportunities.
Despite the many difficulties facing organisations and the voluntary sector during 2020 and 2021, PCP reached an incredible achievement through lots of hard work and determination, staff were able to celebrate Investors in People GOLD accreditation success! Take a look at the whole video to find out exactly what PCP have been up to this year:
