Pioneering Care Partnership Annual Report and AGM 2026

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2026 Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) AGM. It was a fantastic morning reflecting on another successful year at PCP, celebrating achievements from across our projects and services, and looking ahead to the opportunities and ambitions for the future.

We would also like to thank Michael Stead, Councillor for Aycliffe North and Middridge, for attending the AGM and for sharing such kind and supportive words. It was greatly appreciated.
