This year the Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is holding its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 26th July 2022 from 11.30 am until 12:30 pm at the Pioneering Care Centre.
For over 24 years PCP has proudly delivered high quality accessible projects and activities aimed at improving health, providing access to services and reducing social isolation. None have been so challenging as the past year; however we are very proud of what we have achieved despite the global pandemic.
As well as managing the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe, PCP delivers a wide range of projects across the North East supporting the Charity's mission of ‘Health, Wellbeing and Learning for All’.
