PCP hosts first full staff meeting since lockdown 2020

The Pioneering Care Partnership’s (PCP) recent full staff meeting shined a festive light on the incredible work all projects have done throughout challenging times over the last two years.

The meeting saw presentations from CEO, Carol Gaskarth, as well as members of the Senior Management Team (SMT), sharing gratitude of the goals achieved over 2021 and the preparation to accomplish great things in 2022 - 2023.

The health and wellbeing charity took time to reflect on how staff have worked tirelessly through the pandemic to provide for different communities and how new projects have started to make a better future for all, following the devastating affects of the pandemic.

Giving thanks to the team, staff were invited to a fun filled festive meeting at Bowburn Hall Hotel with quizzes, raffles and a visit from Santa with a gift for every staff member! Staff members enjoyed hot refreshments and a cooked meal from Bowburn Hall Hotel, as well as delicious mocktails made by the Wellbeing for Life Team, in support of #AlocholAwarenessWeek.

Carol Gaskarth, Chief Executive of PCP, said: "I am so proud to see PCP getting back to what we do best - supporting our community!

We have achieved so much in recent times, and continue to grow and welcome new people to our PCP family. I cannot thank our staff enough for everything they do. It was lovely to celebrate achievements and share future goals in person, and give staff a chance to come together for the first time, in a long time.

I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, and all the best for 2022. Watch this space, PCP has some big plans."
