Making a difference for communities of Stockton-on-Tees, a team of dedicated Community Champions.
Challenging COVID misinformation and bringing people together, the Pioneering Care Partnership’s (PCP) leading Stockton-on-Tees COVID Community Champion (SCCC) team came together to reflect on a rewarding year.
Taking place at Marlborough House, Yarm Road, Stockton-on-Tees, the SCCC team and Community Champions enjoyed live music, festive treats and an opportunity to celebrate transformative work taking place that’s making a real difference by engaging diverse communities.

Andrea Love, Project Lead of the SCCCs, said: “We can’t thank our Community Champions enough for all that they do in supporting us spread Public Health’s key messages and preventing misleading Covid-19 information from impacting communities.
“We wish all our Champions a very Merry Christmas and look forward to getting back together in the new year.”
