Family friendly fayre coming to Aycliffe

The Pioneering Care Centre (PCC) in Newton Aycliffe is hosting a carnival themed Summer Fayre with a bill of entertainment suited to all ages!

On Friday 19 August, you’re invited to shop until you drop at a variety of craft stalls selling handmade and bespoke goods, enjoy a storytelling session, discover a secret treasure hunt, play garden games, get your face painted, meet furry friends at a petting zoo and see some very special guests!

Open from 10:00am until 2:00pm, entertainment from Infinity Dance Company, vintage vocalist Yvonne Slater and Magician David Sanders will be putting on a summer show to remember!

Carol Gaskarth, Chief Executive of PCP, said: “We always look forward to bringing the community together with the events we host, and this summer it’s no different.

“All ages are welcome to come along and enjoy free activities and browse local stallholders to make the most of the summer holidays – let's hope for sunshine!”

Save the date, get yourselves down and enjoy what will be a wonderful day at the PCC. The event will be a live photographed event. Please see our reception team on the day if you don't want to have your photo taken.
