The Pioneering Care Centre is home to one of the regions only hydrotherapy pools, which is open to members of the public. The heated pool is open to people of all ages and abilities. It is safe for non-swimmers and is a great way to relieve pain, improve mobility or just relax with the pools massaging jets.
Ladies, mixed and group sessions such as aquacise are available from Monday - Saturday at various different times.
The pool area and changing rooms are fully accessible to disabled people with overhead and chair poolside hoists available upon request.

Prices for group sessions, parents and toddlers and block bookings are available. There is even a reduced rate for carers when attending to assist someone in the pool.
