Self employed swim teacher

Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is launching an exciting new Learn to Swim programme in our newly renovated, state‑of‑the‑art hydrotherapy pool and we’re looking for passionate, child‑centred swim teachers to deliver this for us.

We aim to offer a range of high‑quality sessions, including:

Stage 1-4 lessons
Water confidence sessions
SEN‑focused sessions

If you love helping children grow in confidence, feel at home in the water, and want to work with a team that genuinely cares, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

ASA/SEQ Level 2 or STA equivalent
Warm, patient, and fantastic with children
Committed to safety and confidence‑building
Enhanced DBS
£10 million Public Liability Insurance
Professional Indemnity Insurance minimum £5 million
