Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is seeking early-stage expressions of interest from experienced, community‑focused café operators to deliver café and catering services within the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe.
Our on-site café proudly serves the community with healthy, nutritious, and affordable food, complemented by a high-quality catering offer.
