Options

Provides a day service for adults with a range of learning and physical disabilities.


This service is member-led, so every activity and education session delivered is chosen by the members.

 

The service aims to promote independence, informed choice and social inclusion. An evening Social Club is also available every Thursday.

Running 5 days a week a small dedicated team of staff and volunteers put the fun into a range of activities include daily living skills, adult education sessions, confidence and self esteem building, healthy living workshops, community activities and weekend trips.

Option Social Club
Every Thursday evening, 6pm8pm Options Social Club gives adults with physical and learning disabilities the opportunity to socialise and make new friends in a safe and comfortable environment. Providing carers with a short break from their caring responsibilities.


For just £3.00 a week adults can take place in a range of activities include pool, Wii games, bowling, hydrotherapy pool usage, boxercise, new age kurling, table games, parties and discos. Our on-site Coffee Shop, Garden Kitchen it on hand to provide a range of tasty snacks and drinks.

I’ve made lots of friends here and gained confidence. All the people here are my
close friends and I feel comfortable around everyone. We performed ‘Options the
Musical’ in March 2018 and it was so much fun to act in front of people.
