Macmillan Cancer Support

Delivered in partnership with County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) and PCP, the Macmillan Joining the Dots service supports people aged 18 and over who have been diagnosed with cancer. The service also works closely with the friends, carers and relatives of those who use the service.​
