Befriending Services

PCP launched its Befriending Services in 2020 to offer face-to-face and virtual support to local people to reduce feelings of isolation.

A befriending group takes place at the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe, twice a week, where people can meet, have a 'cuppa' and connect with others in a safe and comfortable environment. There's different activities each week with a quiz and much more!

Open to those aged 18+ who live in County Durham, PCP's Befriending Services offer a conversation and companionship.

For more information on how to access our services, contact befriending@pcp.uk.net or call 01325 321234
