The Pioneering Care Partnership is a local charity whose aim is to improve people’s health and wellbeing. The charity is responsible for running the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe and a number of outreach projects in local communities across County Durham, Darlington and beyond.
PCP have a page on Localgiving.com to make it easier for individuals and businesses to support the work of our charity. A small donation can help towards us providing more classes and courses for less.

Have you been to the Pioneering Care Centre?
The PCP are inviting people to a free Open Day on Saturday 1 June between 10am and 2pm to find out what’s available for them.
If you’re looking for something fun and different to do with the kids, there will be family games, arts and crafts and smoothie making.
