‘Colour your Life’ aims to provide free access to artistic and creative activities promoting positive mental health and wellbeing.
Using professional experienced artists ‘Colour your Life’ will support people to of all abilities whilst providing opportunities for friendship in a safe welcoming and supportive environment.

Morning: 10am - 12noon
Afternoon: 1 - 3pm
Tuesday- Pioneering Care Centre
Family session: 3.30-5.30pm
Evening: 6 - 8pm
Thursday- Spennymoor Settlement Centre

We have a range of people of all ages and abilities coming along to our art sessions. You don’t have to be ‘arty’, it’s for people who are finding life a little tough: people who are lonely, stressed or not feeling very confident about themselves or suffering from anxiety or depression. Colour your Life is friendly and welcoming, you can come and try a session once and if you like it, come back!
