We have a range of people of all ages and abilities coming along to our art sessions. You don’t have to be ‘arty’, it’s for people who are finding life a little tough: people who are lonely, stressed or not feeling very confident about themselves or suffering from anxiety or depression. Colour your Life is friendly and welcoming, you can come and try a session once and if you like it, come back!
Colour your Life, Arts on Prescription service is delivered by a unique partnership involving the Pioneering Care Partnership, Jack Drum Arts and Leisureworks funded by NHS County Durham.
