Stockton Navigation Project

The Stockton Service Navigation

The Stockton Service Navigation Project (SSNP) is for anyone
living in Stockton aged 16 plus with common mental health
problems such as stress, depression, anxiety or those with long
term health conditions such as diabetes.

The SSNP can help people in taking the first steps to improve their health and wellbeing by supporting them to access activities and services. This can increase confidence, control, independence, reduce stress and isolation and help people to live healthier lives.

We can help you find an activity such as a walking group, creative
arts group, exercise class or social group to support your health
and wellbeing. We can also signpost and support you to access
other services such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, education
providers, volunteering and job clubs.

Stockton Service Navigation Projectcan support you with taking the following steps to improve your health and wellbeing. Let us help you to feel happier, more positive and able to get the most from your life.
